Booking and cancellations policy

-For all bookings, you must notify us of a cancellation or any changes to the number of guests at least 24 hours prior to your booking.

-Booking of 15 people+ will be charge for deposit in advance.

-Booking of 25-40people maximum have to order set menu only.

-10% Surcharge will be apply on public holiday.

-CocoNine have right to charge for cancellation fee for no show.

*We will hole the table for 15 mins from the time of booking, Customer must let us know if customer will be late.

*We can’t guarantee specific table, however we will do our best to accommodate specific needs and special requests.

Comments

Media

Contact forms

We keep contact form submissions for a certain period for customer service purposes. We do not use the information submitted through them for marketing purposes unless you have opted in.

We use a third-party provider, GloriaFood, to take online bookings & online food orders. By booking or ordering online you consent to your personal information being sent to and stored on GloriaFood’s servers and to be used in accordance with their Privacy Policy.

We do not share your data with anyone or company beyond those listed above without your consent.

How long we retain your data

We store a record of all form submissions indefinitely. Your data may be deleted by the site administrator.

What rights you have over your data

If you have submitted a form or opted-in to our mailing list you can request to receive an exported file of the personal data we hold about you, including any data you have provided to us. You can also request that we erase any personal data we hold about you. This does not include any data we are obliged to keep for administrative, legal, or security purposes.
